Inspired by the Chinese proverb "Water overflows when full; the moon wanes when whole", ​Eight Tenths Garden​ embodies the Taoist principle of restraint — leaving 20% "unfilled" to harmonize heritage and modernity, nature and urbanity.
Historical Context:
